How do you calculate postage costs?
UK items will always be sent using either recorded or special delivery, depending upon the value – so a signature will be required. UK postage is £5 for one item, multiple purchase discounts are available, please contact me if you’re purchasing more than one item and I shall send you the appropriate invoice. Overseas items are also sent using a signed for method of delivery, the charge for Europe is £7.50, elsewhere it is £10 again, multiple item postage discounts are available.
Should you purchase an item which has already been sold (but I haven’t been able to put the sold sign up quickly enough) a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
How do I pay?
Whilst the easiest way to pay is via the online payment system, and is the only option outside of the U.K. – if you’re within the UK you may pay by personal cheque or postal order (please contact me for further details). Whilst the cheque is waiting to be cleared a “sale pending” sign will go up against the item you’re purchasing.
If you intend to purchase an item you may reserve an item for a maximum of 7 days.
How do you go about posting stuff?
Once I have received electronic payment I will mail your item within 48 hours. If payment was by cheque I shall mail your item within 24 hours of the clearance of the cheque. If you paid with a Postal Order your item will be posted the day the Postal Order is banked, which will be within 48 hours of receipt.
Can I have a refund?
The measurements and flaws (if any) are clearly stated on the website. Refunds will only be issued in circumstances where it can be proved a serious misrepresentation of the item has been made and the item has been returned to me with all original packaging. Any such request must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the item.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act please be assured that your details will not be disclosed to any third parties.
