Abingdon Road Vintage Clothing aims to offer you beautiful and unique clothing from decades gone by. Only outfits that I myself would wear will make it onto these pages!

I have eight years experience collecting and selling vintage clothing, over that period I have acquired an extensive knowledge of designers – both the well known and not so well known (yet!). I have also developed a keen sense of what works and what doesn’t on different body shapes and working at a prestigious London textile museum certainly helped as far as fabric and design knowledge was concerned.

I have been asked by so many people to also offer my services as a personal stylist. Whether you need to find that fabulous outfit for a special occasion or your wardrobe is in need of a complete overhaul – I offer a face-to-face service or a long distance option via e-mail and the telephone.

Abingdon Road Vintage Clothing are happy to loan items to museums and offer a hire service to film, theatre and television production companies. Please contact me with your requirements.

I'm constantly on the look out for fabulous vintage clothing. If you've looked in the go shopping section, you'll know my interest is in ladies clothing, especially dresses, from the 1950's – 1980's, 1930's and 1940's items would also be welcome however. Garments should be in excellent condition, any minor flaws should be pointed out, photo's will be required.
